For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available. This means you can bring your pet at a time that fits in your schedule and leave them with us for examination, diagnostics, and treatment. Usually we will ask you to drop off your pet sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or during our mid-day break. Once the doctor is done, they will give you a call to discuss their exam findings, recommendations, and develop a treatment plan. There is a minor admission fee when pets stay in the clinic rather than being seen as an outpatient.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all pets be on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room. Even though we make every effort to help our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. If your pet is very anxious during appointments, you are welcome to bring them in for "friendly visits" anytime during office hours, so they can have a treat and some petting from a staff member if available. If this is done regularly, it really helps pets, especially dogs, associate our clinic with some good memories instead of just medical visits.
