Mirna

Mirna has lived in Northern Virginia for most of her life; she is originally from San Miguel, El Salvador. Mirna has worked at Ridge Lake for over five years. She is the proud mother of three children. Her daughter is currently attending VCU, her oldest son is a junior in high school, and her youngest son is a very active three year old. Mirna enjoys listening to salsa music and dancing with her partner Antonio. She someday aspires to become a blissful grandmother.

Shannon
Shannon is a proud mother of rowdy but fantastic twin boys.  She has a 7 year-old Border Collie and a 4 year-old black shorthaired cat.  Shannon has been enjoying her new house and going to the beach on the weekends. 


Veterinary Assistant / Customer Service Representative:
Paige

Paige has been a member of Ridge Lake Animal Hospital since May of 07. She is highly skilled and compassionate towards all animals. She takes pride in treating and caring for all pets. She has recently been taking on extra responsibilities, updating ridge lake's appearance, such as painting and so on.  Paige herself has a family full of pets, Max, a 12 year old cattle dog, Marley,a 6 year old basset hound and 3 loving cats, Austin, Little One and Zion. She is also the mother of a wonderful, handsome boy. In her free time she enjoys doing any outdoor activities that her and her son can do together, Including basketball, going swimming, and taking the dogs for a walk. She aspires to get her license as a veterinary technician.

Sarah

Sarah has been working at Ridge Lake since May of 2010. She's Attending Northern Virginia Community College for an associates in science and then plans to go George Mason for a degree in Biology. After graduaing from Mason, Sarah plans on going to Vet school to specialize in large animals and marine mammals. Sarah is passionate about working with animals and takes pride in helping treat them. Along with taking care of animals at Ridge Lake, Sarah has a few furry pets at home: Usti, a 12 year old cocker spaniel mix, Wesa, a 17 year old Tabby and Nutmeg, her 2 year old guinea pig. She also enjoys going to chipotle,spending time with her boyfriend Tyler and her family, swimming, listening to all types of music and dancing.

Lili

Lili has been volunteering since the summer of 2010. She attends Old Dominion University majoring in Biology and minoring in Biochemistry. After graduating from Old Dominion University, she plans to attend vet school at Virginia Tech. She has a miniature dachshund named Princess and a betta fish named Timmy.
